Black Sesame Okara Popsicles

Add the right amount of black sesame powder and white sugar to the bean dregs

Pour in boiling water and stir evenly until the sugar melts

Put the dried bean dregs and black sesame paste into the popsicle mold

Cover the popsicle stick and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze hard

When eating, put the mold under the faucet for a flush or leave it at room temperature for a while to facilitate demoulding
Tips:
The soy milk I use is hot okara which has just been filtered, so stir it evenly with boiling water. If you use the cold okara, let’s heat it and boil it.
