Seeing my friends making nougat and preparing new year snacks, I was moved.
So I learned how to make it. I didn't expect that the nougat I made was unexpectedly delicious. My family said that I don't need to buy it in the future. It is much better than the one I bought, and I can eat it myself without worry.

Black Sesame Peanut Nougat

1. Prepare ingredients: marshmallows, butter, milk powder, cooked peanuts, cooked black sesame seeds

2. Put the butter in a non-stick pan and turn on a low heat

3. Boil the butter until completely melted

4. Pour marshmallows

5. Stir constantly, turn off the heat until it is completely melted

6. Pour in milk powder, cooked peanuts and cooked black sesame seeds

7. Mix quickly (if it feels a bit hard, you can turn on a low heat to soften)

8. Put it in a non-stick baking pan, cover it with plastic wrap, and use a rolling pin to press and shape

9. Let cool and cut into small pieces (size according to personal preference), then wrap it in glutinous rice paper and sugar paper and put it in the refrigerator for storage. Take it as you eat

Tips:

1. It is best to use white original marshmallows
2. When melting the marshmallows, be sure to have a low heat, otherwise it will be easy to paste
3. The sweetness of marshmallow is enough, so there is no need to add sugar
4. The marshmallow is very sticky after being melted, so be sure to use a non-stick pan to make
