Black Sesame Pudding

Soy beans are soaked in cold water in advance, and black sesame seeds are fried.

Pour the soybeans, black sesame seeds and water into the soymilk maker.

Put the lid on, select the "Ancient Soy Milk" stall and start making black sesame soy milk.

After the soy milk is ready, sift to remove the residue.

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water and set aside.

Take 250ml of black sesame soy milk, pour it into a pot, heat over medium and low heat, pour in sugar, soaked gelatin slices and black sesame paste, stir until the sugar and gelatin slices are completely melted, extinguish the water and let cool.

After the black sesame soy milk cools, pour in the light cream and mix well.

Pour the well-mixed black sesame pudding liquid into the mold and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

After the pudding is unmolded, it can be eaten.
Tips:
The black sesame sauce can be omitted, but the pudding will be relatively grayish in color.
