Black Sesame Sauce Ice Cream

Add 50g of caster sugar to an egg yolk and beat until smooth and whitish in color;

Tips:
The black sesame sauce is made by me. The method is to add 450g of sauteed black sesame seeds to 50g of sesame oil 2 as salt. Use a wall breaker to make the sauce into black sesame sauce. In addition, I bought the popsicle mold at IKEA, about 10 yuan! In addition, the amount of granulated sugar can be added or subtracted according to your own sweetness.
