Black Sesame Soy Milk Panna Cotta

Pour the milk, soy milk, and sugar into the pot, mix well, heat to about 60 degrees, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Soak the gelatin sheet in ice water to soften it, take out the squeezed water, add it to the soy milk and stir to melt it to become a soy milk jelly.

Take 2/3 of the soy milk, pour the soy milk into the cup about 7 minutes full, and send it to the refrigerator to freeze until solidified.

Add the remaining 1/3 of the soy milk liquid to the black sesame powder to make the black sesame liquid.

Take out the solidified soy milk custard, pour black sesame liquid until the cup is full, and then put it in the refrigerator until solidified.

Garnish with fresh cream and black sesame seeds when serving.
Tips:
Black sesame powder can be processed by itself in a grinding cup. You can also go to the supermarket to buy a bag of southern black sesame paste for preparation. It can also be prepared with black sesame paste and soy milk.
