1.
Pour an appropriate amount of white granulated sugar into the water and boil it into sugar water.

Mix the right amount of black sesame powder with the right amount of glutinous rice flour and tapioca starch.
3.
Pour the boiled sugar water into the powder and knead it into a non-sticky dough.
4.
Knead the dough into strips, cut into small pieces, shape it, and the taro balls are ready!
Tips:
1. If you don't have black sesame seeds, you can also make your own black sesame powder. Put the black sesame seeds in a pot and fry them over low heat to create a fragrance. Put it into a food processor to make flour, or use a rolling pin to grind into flour, it is a bit tired.
2. The reason why glutinous rice flour is added to the black sesame taro balls is because the black sesame flour itself has no moisture, so if only tapioca starch is added, it will be very hard. Although it's super Q, it's a bit too Q. Especially the taro balls are harder after they are cooked in cold water. But if you like this taste, you can do it too!
3. The boiled water added to the powder can also be without sugar, but I think it is a little bit light, and it can't well highlight the taste of black sesame itself. After sugar is added, the aroma of black sesame can be more prominent, or when other sweet potato balls, purple potato balls, and sweet taro balls are made, the addition of sugar can better highlight the aroma of purple potato, taro and sweet potato.
