Black Tea Pudding

Put 500ml of water, black tea leaves and rock sugar in a boiling pot and boil for 1 minute

Turn off the heat and cover and simmer for a few minutes

Strain the tea leaves

Dilute stone pollen with 50ml water and stir evenly

Pour the filtered tea soup back to the original pot and boil, pour the diluted stone pollen water into the black tea and stir while pouring
7.
Turn off the heat after boiling
8.
Pour it into a container and let it cool to condense into pudding, and put it in the refrigerator for better taste
