Blackhead Fish Stewed Tofu

Wash the fish and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Add a little peanut oil to the pan and fry the fish on both sides.

In a separate pot, add oil to saute the green onion and ginger and add water.

After the water is boiled, put the fried fish and tofu in, simmer for about 20 minutes, add salt, chicken powder, pepper, and coriander to the pan.
