Prepared ingredients.

Longan shelled.

All the raw materials except walnut kernels are cleaned together.

Add some sugar and cook until thick.

Add some crushed walnuts at the end.
Tips:
1. It's best to remove the cores of dried longan and red dates. I didn't consider it thoroughly when making it, and it was a little more troublesome to eat.
2. The amount of rock sugar is added according to your preference.
