Blue Steamed Cake

Beat the whole eggs.

Add 80 grams of white sugar and mix well.

Pour in 100 grams of pure milk.

Pour in 200 grams of self-raising powder and stir into a non-granular slurry.

Then pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil and mix well.

Peel the purple sweet potato, cut into thin slices, steam and press into mashed potato.

Add to the slurry and mix well.

Pour the stirred flour slurry into a plate (2/3 full), steam it in a pot over water, and steam it on high heat for 20 minutes after the water is boiled.
9.
Steam well and let cool, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
