Blueberry Cheese Crisp

Thaw the custard crust naturally and remove it.

Roll the dough with a layer of flour to prevent sticking.

Roll out into a rectangular shape.

Put it into a Fernanxue mold and flatten it.

Put a layer of blueberry jam on top.

Divide the cheese slices into grids.

Placed on top of blueberry jam.

Bake at 190 degrees for 13 minutes.
Tips:
1. First roll it into a beef tongue shape, and then roll it into a rectangular shape with neat edges.
2. Do not bake for too long, otherwise the puff pastry will be too hard.
