Blueberry Crisp Bread
1.
Pour the milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt into the bread bucket, then pour in the milk powder and flour, and add yeast on the top of the flour.
2.
Put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the kneading program for 10 minutes.
3.
After the first kneading is over, add the butter cut into small pieces.
4.
Continue to choose the kneading program for 15 minutes. The kneading time of different types of bread machines is different.
5.
Take out the kneaded dough, divide it into 9 equal parts, round each part, and cover with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
6.
Dip the flour on one end of the rolling pin and press firmly in the middle of the dough.
7.
Press out a big hole, don't press it through, sort it out with your hands, and put in 3 blueberries.
8.
Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water in it, ferment for about 40 minutes, until it is twice as large, brush a layer of whole egg liquid on it, and sprinkle with crumbs.
9.
Put it into a 12L Dongling 3706 small oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes (the actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven). After baking, take the bread out and put it on a drying rack to cool, put the uneaten bag into a fresh-keeping bag and tie it tightly, and store it at room temperature.
