Blueberry Milky Rice Cake

Pour the glutinous rice flour and white sugar into the basin. You can put the sugar in the amount you like.

First add part of the milk and stir slightly with chopsticks, then put in the dried blueberries

Add the remaining milk a little bit more and knead it with your hands to form a slightly firmer dough.

Find a container, the small toast box I use, just use a small amount of oil on the inside of a lunch box or a darker plate. Put the noodles in and sprinkle some dried blueberries on top.

Put on the steamer, turn to a low heat and steam for 20 minutes.
7.
Once it's steamed, it's very easy to release from the mold when it cools down.
