This is a quick overnight breakfast oatmeal, you don't need to wake up early to have a nutritious and healthy delicious breakfast. Cereals, nuts, fresh fruits, dairy products, plus dried blueberries that can increase immunity, make you full of vitality without worrying about weight!

Ingredients

1. Chop the cooked hazelnuts and shred the apples or pears.

2. Put the milk, yogurt, and honey in a bowl and mix well.

3. Add oatmeal, apple shreds, 2/3 of dried blueberries and chopped hazelnuts and continue to mix well. The rest of the dried blueberries and the chopped hazelnuts are added when they are eaten, so they have two tastes.

4. After leaving it for four or five hours or refrigerating overnight, sprinkle with the remaining dried fruit and hazelnuts before eating. I decorated some dried edible flowers for beauty and beauty.

5. This was taken overnight. The anthocyanin in the blueberries was soaked out and the porridge turned into a beautiful lavender.

Tips:

1. Be sure to use non-cooked instant oatmeal.
2. It is best to use Greek yogurt, or plain old yogurt if not.
3. Nuts can also be almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc.
4. Dried fruits can be dried cranberries, raisins or dried cherries.
