For my mother’s birthday, I don’t know what gift to buy for her, so I made cakes and egg tarts for her, and then made a rich meal for her. My mother was very happy.
When she is old, material comfort is not what she expects most. Family harmony and good health are the most important things. I hope that my children will accompany me more and eat and chat, which is happiness.

Blueberry Sauce Egg Tart

1. 2 eggs, I just beat the whole egg in.

2. Add granulated sugar to milk and add to low heat until melted.

3. Add whipped cream and mix well.

4. Add the beaten egg mixture and beat well.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

6. Sift the egg tart liquid.

7. The custard crust is taken out in advance to thaw.

8. Pour in the egg tart liquid 80% full.

9. Squeeze a few drops of blueberry sauce into each tart.

10. Put it in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 25 minutes, and squeeze some blueberry sauce on the tart.

Tips:

The custard crust must be taken out in advance to thaw, and the tart liquid must be sieved to be fine.
