I haven't made egg tarts for a long time. I just have the ingredients at home. I bake a plate and give it to my son and classmates. The two little guys will solve it in a while.

Blueberry Tart

1. Take out the egg yolk and set aside.

2. Stir whipped cream, milk, condensed milk, and sugar to melt in insulated water.

3. Add the egg yolks that are well mixed.

4. Sift in the low powder and stir evenly, then sieving.

5. Stack two flying cakes.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll it out as thin as possible, as much as possible into a square shape.

7. Roll up from one side.

8. Cut into syrup.

9. Flatten it.

10. Stack the two potions and slowly press them into the egg tart mold with your thumb.

11. Add egg tart liquid 8 minutes full.

12. Add blueberries.

13. Preheat the oven, put in the egg tarts, bake the middle layer at 200° for about 25 minutes, and the surface of the egg tarts can be burnt.

Tips:

You can put in other fruits you like, and it's delicious without the original flavor of the fruit.
