Blueberry Yam

Put the yam in a steamer to cook, let it cool, and brew the rock sugar and milk powder with warm water. If there is no milk powder, you can replace it with milk.

Peel the yam and mash it with a garlic pestle.

Slowly introduce the milk powder into the yam puree and stir it clockwise until it is completely diluted, and then stack it up, which is really not satisfactory.

Finally, dilute the blueberry jam and put it on top, and it's done.
Tips:
