My friend’s home is in Wucuo, Yuhu Town, Jiedong District, Jieyang City, which is the production base of Huaishan. In a small town with beautiful mountains and clear waters, the yam yam glutinous rice flour is produced, and the yam yam dug by a friend’s house is fresh and sweet, and a bowl of it is satisfying.
Later, soups made with the same ingredients always lacked that little taste, and good soups also require good ingredients.

Tips:

Use yam to stew, and finally add yam after the soup is boiling, and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat. Because yam contains polyphenol oxidase, the enzyme properties will be broken if it is boiled for a long time. So, boil the bone broth first before making the yam.
