Stir-fried Sausage with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Prepare the ingredients needed for cooking

2. Prepare a few slices of ginger, prepare two scallions and cut into sections

Tips:

1. The cooked sausage is soaked again because the wax is generally salty, so soaking can remove some of the salty taste
2. The side dishes can be adjusted according to their taste, and the amount of sausage can be increased according to the population
