Boiled Baby Squid

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, cut chili into diagonal circles, and wash small squid.

Boil water in a pot and add green onion, ginger slices, and chili rings to cook.

Just boil the water and add the baby squid.

The squid baby changes color in the afternoon.

Boil on high heat for one minute.

Just serve it on a plate and serve with soy sauce mustard for dipping.

The little squid swims in the soy sauce mustard.
Tips:
The little squid will leak the ink without removing the ink sac. Cut the squid to remove the ink sac.
