Steamed Squid with Loofah

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the fans 2 hours in advance

2. Loofah peeled

3. Cut into three to four cm high pieces

6. Cut garlic into garlic cloves

7. Heat oil in a pan, add half of the garlic, and fry until slightly yellowed

9. Spread soaked vermicelli on top of the loofah

10. Place the head of the small squid, cut the body into sections and place it on top of the fans, neatly placed

11. Spread the mixed golden and silver garlic juice evenly

12. After the water is boiled, put it in a steamer and steam for 7 minutes. After finishing the shape, it is ready to serve.

Tips:

Chopped pepper can be added according to your own taste. After steaming, the soup will be more watery, so you need to grate it out
