Shacha Fried Rice

1. Ingredients: rice, squid, shrimp, potatoes, carrots, corn scallops, chives and shacha sauce

2. Add shacha sauce and hoisin sauce to the squid and shrimp and slightly marinate

3. When the pot is hot, pour in the right amount of vegetable oil

4. Pour in potatoes, carrots and corn kernels and stir fry

5. Put scallops

6. Put a shrimp and stir fry

7. Add oyster sauce and stir fry

8. Put in the rice

9. Stir fry evenly

10. Put in the shacha sauce and stir fry

11. Add chives and stir well

12. Shacha Fried Rice

Tips:

I didn’t put salt here, seafood, soy sauce, shacha sauce, oyster sauce and scallops have a certain amount of salt
