Boiled Beef Roll

Beef rolls, take out and set aside.

Lettuce and other ingredients are prepared.

Lettuce slices, millet pepper, ginger chopped finely.

Wash the coriander and squeeze it into two pieces.

Boil water in a pot and add beef rolls after the water is boiled.

Remove it immediately after discoloration and drain it for later use.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, add millet pepper, ginger and tempeh.

Place lettuce slices.

Add coriander root and cook slightly.

Keep the soup in the pot and add the beef rolls that have been blanched before.

Pour the broth onto the lettuce before, sprinkle the garlic on top.

In a separate pot, add edible oil and pepper, fry it over a low heat and add it to the minced garlic while it is hot, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: Fat beef is easy to be cooked, and the taste is not good when it is cooked for a long time.
2: The amount of chili may be added or subtracted to your own taste.
