Boiled Clams in Brine with Basil
1.
The clams I bought are kept at home for a few hours so that they can spit out dirty things. The water must use the seawater provided by the seller, and do not use tap water for household use, otherwise the clams will die
2.
Wash with fresh basil
3.
Wash the clean clams and control the moisture
4.
High fire, put water in the pot
5.
Add the right amount of salt
6.
Add some oil
7.
Put the chopped basil on top of the clams to save time
8.
After the water boils, pour the basil and clams into the pot
9.
Boil
10.
After the clams are cracked, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
