Boiled Dry Shreds

1. Dry silk blanched.

2. Prepare the chicken broth and remove the chicken bones.

3. Put the dried shreds in the chicken broth and boil for 10 minutes. Add the shrimps.

4. Cook on high heat until the shrimps are cooked, add some salt to taste.

5. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.

6. Plate.
