Bacon and Winter Bamboo Shoots Steamed and Dried Shreds

Cut salted pork belly into thin slices and marinate in cooking wine for a while

Winter bamboo shoots shelled and blanched

Tips:
I didn't add salt to the whole dish. The bacon and beef powder seasonings are salty!
