The free beef powder seasoning is used to make a stock, which is really delicious!

Bacon and Winter Bamboo Shoots Steamed and Dried Shreds

1. Cut salted pork belly into thin slices and marinate in cooking wine for a while

2. Winter bamboo shoots shelled and blanched

3. Take the second half and cut into thin slices

4. Dry silk blanched and remove

5. Take it out and put it in the middle of the dish

6. Separate the winter bamboo shoots and bacon and place them on the dried shreds

7. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add beef powder to melt into a broth

8. Pour the beef powder stock into the plate

9. Wrap it with plastic wrap, wait for the water in the pot to boil and put it in a steamer to steam for 20 minutes

10. Sprinkle chopped green onion and red pepper after steaming

11. Burn some hot oil

12. Just drizzle hot oil on the chopped green onion and red pepper

Tips:

I didn't add salt to the whole dish. The bacon and beef powder seasonings are salty!
