Boiled Fish

Preparation materials: good people boiled fish seasoning, a piece of grass carp, cooking wine, I bought it myself and opened the fish with a blade. I think it was a little bloody, so I blanched it in clean water for 5 minutes. This method may not be needed, but I am a little obsessed with cleanliness.

Bean sprouts, coriander, and chopped green onions are ready. The role of bean sprouts is to make it spicy. Most of the boiled fish in the restaurant has bean sprouts.

Stir-fry the bean sprouts first, and then take them out

Find a big bowl and put the bean sprouts in the bottom of the bowl

After opening the seasoning for boiled fish, there are three separate packages: dried chili powder, fish meal, and soup. The first step is to pour the similar powder into the fish to catch the taste and let it marinate for 30 minutes. It can also be stored in the refrigerator.

Boil a pot of water, you can just finish the fish, and then put the boiled fish ingredients in it.

Put the fish head and bones in and cook for 5 minutes, then put the fish in and cook for about 10 minutes to get it out.

Take the fish out, put it directly on top of the bean sprouts, and sprinkle the dried seasonings of the boiled fish [pepper and minced pepper] on the fish. Sprinkle the chopped green onion on top of the fish, boil some oil, and pour it directly on top. Beep it and it's ready to eat.

After riding out, sprinkle some coriander, and the flavor will come out all at once.
