Beer Stewed Fish Nuggets

Cut grass carp into pieces, add pepper, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Laoganma, orleans powder, marinate and mix well

Saute the peppercorns in a pot, add green onions, ginger, onions, and enoki mushrooms
