Beer Stewed Fish Nuggets

1. Cut grass carp into pieces, add pepper, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Laoganma, orleans powder, marinate and mix well

2. Saute the peppercorns in a pot, add green onions, ginger, onions, and enoki mushrooms

3. Add fish, pour in beer, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes

4. Sprinkle with coriander before serving
