Boiled Fish Ball

Black fish meat is chopped into Rourong.

The pig fat is chopped into meat rong.
3.
Mince scallion and ginger.
4.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

Whip up strength in one direction.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat to low until the water blisters.

Boil the minced meat into balls with a small spoon.

Repeat the above steps to make all the fish balls.

Tips:
When boiling fish balls, use a low heat to avoid boiling the fish balls.
