Boiled Fish Balls

Soak pansa fish fillet in cold water to thaw (frozen fish I bought from the supermarket)

After defrosting, chop the fish fillet into puree

Add an egg, 80ml flour, a teaspoon of salt and mix well

After the water boils, use a spoon to put the balls into the water.

Boil all the fish balls in the water and wait for the fish balls to float up and cook for ten minutes.

Tips:
Don't make the fish balls too big, the volume will double after being boiled.
I only added a little salt to the baby, which is very light. The seasoning is adjusted by myself. I boiled the fish with a spoon. The fish balls are not very round. You can also squeeze it into a circle by hand~
