Boiled Fish Head

After washing the fish head, put it in the pot and let it be used.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, put it in the pot and cook for about 5 minutes, set aside

Cut the tofu into small pieces and cook for 2 minutes for later use

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat until 50% of the heat. Add the pepper, pickled ginger, wild mountain pepper, and bean paste to stir fry over low heat to create a fragrance.

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil, then add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, pepper, salt, chicken essence to taste

After the initial taste is set, put the fish heads and cook for 10 minutes to remove, then enlarge the cabbage and tofu and cook for 3 minutes. Put the fish heads to a boil. Turn to low heat and add chicken essence and salt to a bowl. Sprinkle chili noodles on the prepared tofu fish head, burn the oil until it smokes, pour it on top, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
