Boiled Live Fish

I prepared the green pepper tender fish seasoning. I used to season it myself when I made it. This time I was lazy, so I bought a ready-made seasoning package. This tastes good. The grass carp is more than three kilograms in the market and cut it for me. It's very convenient. Cut the chili into small pieces

Wash the fish meat, beat in the egg white liquid of an egg to wrap the fish fillets, at the same time remove the marinade from the seasoning bag, and marinate evenly for 15 minutes

Wash and shred the cabbage, cut the cucumber into strips, add oil to the pot, stir-fry the prepared seasoning bag and garlic on low heat until the aroma is released, and then add the boiling water

After the water boils, pour the cabbage and cucumber into the pot, remove them and place them on the bottom of the pot after they are cooked, then pour the fish heads, fish tails, and fish bones into the pot and boil them out of the pot for about 10 minutes, and then pour them into the pot. Fish fillets, remove immediately after boiling

Pour the soup into a basin, then sprinkle with seasoning bag, green and red pepper, sprinkle with hot oil, and finally spread with coriander.
Tips:
1. Add an egg white when marinating the fish, which will make the fish more tender;
2. When the fish fillet is put in and boiled, it will be taken out as soon as the water is boiled, otherwise it will be easily scattered and the fish will not be delicious;
3. Because my family’s acceptance procedures for spicy food are relatively shallow, I only put half of the seasoning bag. If you put it all in, it will taste spicy. You can adjust it according to your own taste.
