Boiled Peanut Quail Eggs

Remove the bottom of the peanuts and wash them, and squeeze the older peanuts into a small mouth.

Wash the quail eggs.

Put cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves into the electric pressure cooker.

Put the peanuts and quail eggs in the pot as well, add water, as long as the peanuts are not over.

Use sea salt as a seasoning.

Add a tablespoon of sea salt. This is more tasty, if you like to be healthy, half the amount is enough.

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes, and simmer for 25 minutes after cooking. Turn on the pressure cooker, and it is basically airless.
