Boiled Prawns

Live shrimp, wash and remove impurities.

Boil water in a pot, the amount of water is about twice as much as the ingredients, add ginger slices and boil.

After the high heat is boiled, quickly pour the shrimp into the boiling water pot, wait for the shrimp body to turn red, cook for about three minutes, and serve on the pan. Dip it with sanhe oil (soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar) and eat it. The taste is amazing!
