Boiled River Prawn

Wash the fresh river prawns.

Pour enough water and sliced ginger, chives, and Huadiao wine into the pot to bring to a boil.

Pour the river prawns and cook for one minute.

Take out the cooked river prawns. Pour into the ice water basin prepared in advance.
