Boiled Tofu

Cut the tofu into thick slices, select the 5th gear with the fire power adjustment button of the Vantage program-controlled stove, add salt and boil water, blanch for 10 minutes

Cut the lettuce into thin slices, cut the garlic sprouts and celery into sections, put them in the oil pan, select the 5th gear with the fire power adjustment button, and fry them on high heat for about 1 minute until they are broken

Keep the fire power adjustment button at level 5, heat the oil in the pot 3-4 to become hot, turn to the middle fire power adjustment button to select level 3, put in the pepper and chili, and fry until the aroma is released

Scoop out and set aside, and sprinkle on tofu as the last step

Select the 4th level of the power control button, pour a little oil into the pot and fry the Pixian Douban, add minced garlic and minced ginger and fry until fragrant.

Pour in a large bowl of boiling water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, boil for a few minutes on high heat, and remove the residue

Add the tofu and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat. You can add a little bit of thin flour before serving

Put the tofu on the fried dishes, pour the soup, sprinkle with chili noodles, and sprinkle the dried chilies and peppers that were fragrant before

Finally, heat a little oil and pour it on the peppers

1. The bean paste can be chopped to let the fragrance fully release.
