Boiled Yellow Duck with Green Pepper

The yellow duck is called wash.

Cut green peppers into small tubes, slice ginger, and smash garlic.

Pour the bottom oil in the pot, heat it, and add a little salt to prevent the fish from sticking to the pot.

Pour the drained yellow duck, I used a colander to pour it inside at once. People are standing far away, sweating, afraid of oil splashing.

After frying, add vinegar, salt, bean paste, light soy sauce, (you can use dark soy sauce if you like the color), sugar, green pepper, add water and boil, I use the broth of boiled twice-cooked pork.
