Bone Broth and Fresh Meat Wonton
1.
Prepare the wrapped wontons (I wrapped them in the refrigerator the day before).
2.
Put clean water in the pot and boil.
3.
Put minced green garlic, salt, abalone sauce seasoning, pepper, and a little sesame oil in a bowl.
4.
Add the bone broth.
5.
Put the wontons in after the water is boiled, stir with a strainer to avoid muddy bottom. When the water boils, the wontons will all float up, add half a bowl of cold water, and pick up after boiling again.
6.
(I have compiled a recipe for how to make small wontons. This time I replaced the water with milk in the filling. The taste is more tender and fragrant. I suggest you try it).
