Meatball Wonton
1.
Let's make small wontons first. I usually prepare some small ravioli in the refrigerator, and it is convenient to make breakfast.
Cut the green onion, ginger and coriander into the minced meat, add light soy sauce, blending oil, sesame oil, five-spice powder, salt and a little sugar, stir well, and the wonton filling is ready. You can add a little cold water, the filling will be more tender and juicy.
2.
At the beginning, this small wonton wraps quickly. It is best to prepare square wonton slices, spread the meat evenly, fold it in half, then fold it in half, and then knead it together.
3.
Wrap all the small wontons and prepare more. Put them in the refrigerator. It is convenient to eat.
4.
This time I plan to cook meatball wontons, plus pure meat children's meatballs, the nutrition will be upgraded and the taste will be more delicious. The kids said that today's wontons are more delicious. The ingredients are also very simple, three meatballs, 8 small wontons, plus a scallion and a little seaweed. Meatballs I bought ready-made children's meatballs without additives. Although they are more expensive, you can eat them with confidence.
5.
Add water to the soup pot, add the meatballs to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. The meatballs are relatively large and raw, so they must be cooked first. And after the meatballs are cooked, the soup will become very fresh. At this time, you can add a little ginger and cook together.
6.
When the meatballs are almost cooked, put it in and cook for another minute, and you can see that the wonton wrapper becomes translucent.
7.
Add seaweed and chopped green onions, then drizzle in a little light soy sauce and sesame oil. If there are shrimp skins, adding some will be more delicious, but choose the lightly dried shrimp skins, which is not salty.
Tips:
1. The filling spoon of this kind of small wonton bun, so it is better to choose pure meat filling.
2. Spread the wonton skin evenly. Ensure that all parts of the skin are covered with meat.
3. Meatballs, seaweed and wontons are all salty. Add a little light soy sauce and sesame oil to the soup. You can also drop a few drops of vinegar if you like to be jealous. My family is not jealous, so I omitted it.
