Bone Corn Soup

Wash the pork bones, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and wash.

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections for later use.

Cut corn into pieces and set aside.

Put the right amount of water in the casserole, add the bones and green onion ginger.

After boiling, skim the froth, pour in a proper amount of cooking wine, white vinegar, and a proper amount of sugar.

Add corn and goji berries and continue to simmer over medium and low heat.
7.
After simmering for 1 and a half hours, add some salt to taste.
Tips:
The ingredients in the soup can be replaced with lotus root, peanuts, red dates, etc.
The stewing time is controlled at about 2 hours, which is not good if it is too long.
