Braised Pork Ribs Noodle
1.
First of all, I will repeat the stewed thigh bones. This is included in my previous recipes. Welcome to look back. As shown in the picture: Wash the ribs in blanching water to remove blood foam, remove and rinse for a while; package materials such as pepper, cumin, etc.; cut the scallion into sections, pat the ginger to loose
2.
Add more water to the pot, let the leg bones, green onion, ginger, and aniseed under cool water, turn to a medium-to-low heat and simmer for three hours. The thick bone broth is ready! Add salt when you eat~
3.
This is my big bone soup that was stewed and refrigerated last night. Remember to filter out the broken bones when you pour it into the container for storage. I didn’t add any salt in the storage. Of course, I will kill it today haha
4.
Prepare the side dishes: shredded green onion, ginger slices, carrot slices (thin slices), crab-flavored mushrooms, remove the stems and wash, remove the snow peas and shreds. Pick out rib meat and deboned meat from the ribs.
5.
Heat oil in the pot, stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant, add a small amount of soy sauce and stir-fry, and then deboned meat. Because the ribs I used are refrigerated, the oil and water are sticky when taken out, so once the broth is fried, there is no need to add ribs soup. So, add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, collect the juice and serve.
6.
Add water to the bottom of the wok without brushing, and use a small pot to heat the ribs soup on the other stove
7.
Pork rib soup middle and bottom side dishes: carrots, snow peas, crab mushrooms, add a little more salt to taste
8.
After the noodles are cooked and fished out, top with spare ribs, soup, and then topped with deboned meat fried in sauce
9.
The deliciousness is complete, and the corn in the ribs is heated 🌽 hehe
Tips:
1. It is better to filter out the bone residue when storing the ribs, which is better when making soup; 2. The carrots are sliced into thin slices and are easy to cook with other ingredients; 3. For more detailed stewed ribs, please refer to the previously released recipe: "Pork ribs"
