Bone Lotus Root Peanut Soup

The main ingredients are cleaned. (The lotus root is not shaved)

The ingredients are rinsed with water and soaked.

Blanch the bones in water and remove them.

Rinse the bones with clean water, and cut the lotus root into large pieces with an oblique knife.

Put all the ingredients in the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of filtered water. Put the lid on and bring it to a boil.
