Bone Noodle Soup

Pour the bone broth into the pot. It is not pure bone broth. It is too greasy. You need to add some water. After the bones are boiled, beat in two eggs on a low fire. When the eggs are all set, gently turn over and cook the other side.

After the poached egg is boiled, put the noodles under high heat. The cooking time is based on personal taste. If you like to eat hard, cook for a few minutes, and if you like soft, cook for a few minutes.

Add greens to the noodles when they are cooked, and they will be out of the pot after one minute of cooking
Tips:
1 The poached eggs should be cooked on a low heat, otherwise they won’t be wrapped and will easily scatter
2 The bone broth is full of flavor, no seasoning is needed for cooking the noodles, the soup is very fresh
