Fried Noodles with Seasonal Vegetables

Wash the green peppers, colored peppers and onions and cut into small pieces

Lean meat slices, tomato diced and set aside
3.
Boil water in the pot, boil the bottom of the boiled water and use cold water for later use

While cooking the noodles, heat up the pot and heat the oil, add the meat slices in the oil and fry until the color
5.
Add diced tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes melt out of the soup
6.
Add green peppers, bell peppers and onions, stir fry evenly
7.
Pour in a little more tomato sauce, some sugar, salt, and stir fry
8.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are broken out of the soup
9.
Stir fry the noodles after putting in cold water
10.
Stir-fry until the vegetables and noodles are thoroughly mixed.
Tips:
1. Three kinds of vegetables can be small
2. Use bigger tomatoes
3. If there is little juice from the vegetables, put a proper amount of water
