Bone Soup
1.
Cut one large bone into sections.
2.
Blanch the pot under cold water and wash it off.
3.
Then put in the pressure cooker, add ginger slices and boil.
4.
Skim the foam.
5.
Add shiitake mushroom powder, cooking wine, cover, high heat and turn to low heat for 15 minutes.
6.
Add salt after exhausting.
