Prepare materials according to the recipe

Put the ingredients except butter and raisins into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then solid. Put the yeast in the flour and avoid contact with salt and sugar. Then put it in the bread machine and press the dough for 20 minutes.

After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add butter and kneading the dough for 20 minutes until the glove film can be formed.

Round the dough and place it in a non-water and oil-free container, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in an oven at 60 degrees to ferment for 40 minutes.

Exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into 9 portions, knead into long strips, take three into braids, and then put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes at 60 degrees.

After the second fermentation, spread the egg mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then put it in the preheated 175 degree heat and roast for 20 minutes.
