Braised Abalone

Brush the abalone and remove the internal organs.

Abalone meat cutting knife.

Pour 2 bowls of water into the pot, add ginger slices, and blanch the abalone.

Remove the blanched abalone.

Boil the abalone shell for another 2 minutes.

Fish out and put on the plate.
