Braised Bamboo Shoots

These are fresh bamboo shoots dug up by local people in Jixi.

About 500 grams of tender bamboo shoots (the appearance after peeling)

Cut the bamboo shoots into hob pieces and set aside.

Make boiling water and blanch the bamboo shoots.

In a separate wok, pour the blanched bamboo shoots into the pot, add water to level the bamboo shoots, add brown sugar, cover the pot and bring to a boil on medium heat, simmer on medium to low heat for about five minutes.

Pour in the appropriate amount of olive oil and soy sauce and continue to simmer on medium-low heat for about five minutes

Add appropriate amount of salt, collect the soup over high heat, and start the pot
