Fried Kway Teow with Bamboo Shoots

Cut the bamboo shoots into thin filaments, put water and bamboo shoot shreds in the pot, cover the pot, remember not to remove the pot cover in the middle, otherwise the bamboo shoots will have a bitter taste. Scoop up the bamboo shoots after boiling. Shred shiitake mushrooms and pork. Put oil in a pan, add bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and pork in order and stir-fry.

After the pork is fried, spread the kway teow on top of the fried bamboo shoots, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, simmer until the water is almost dry, uncover the lid and stir fry, add salt, soy sauce, and pepper. !

Tips:
Remember not to remove the lid when cooking bamboo shoots! ! !
