Tips:
Sea cucumbers cannot be eaten with licorice, otherwise they will have diarrhea, stomachache, and vinegar or foods containing tannic acid can not be eaten with them.
Shi Yunsheng has salt at the bottom of the soup, so you don’t need to add salt. If you don’t have Shi Yunsheng, you can make the broth by yourself.
Sea cucumbers are best to use sea cucumbers, which have more nutritional value, and it is better to use dried sea cucumbers to prepare them yourself.
Sea cucumber itself has no taste and is easy to absorb the taste of other ingredients, so it will be delicious when stewed in chicken broth, but do not choose side dishes with particularly strong flavors, especially side dishes with various flavors!
